x-opencode-session header now required by OpenCode

x-opencode-session: is now required by Open Code and causing this extension to no longer work.

This extension is not broken by this issue for its primary use case (inference). The x-opencode-session header is already being sent on all inference paths to opencode.ai hosts. The VS Code issue #334186 is primarily about VS Code's built-in Copilot Chat, which doesn't send the header third-party extensions like opencode-for-copilot already implement it.
