[Feature Suggest] Add support for custom items to item actions (give_item/drop_item, etc.)

I would like to request the addition of direct support for items from Nexo, ItemsAdder, or Oraxen within the item-related actions.

Currently, it is possible to create saved_items, but this system is quite limited and requires duplicating custom items that already exist in another plugin. I find this inconvenient, as such items are frequently updated during active server operation but do not get updated within ConditionalEvents.

Many other plugins implement a similar system; for instance, to add an item from Nexo, one simply uses an ID format like "nexo:magic_essence".
