Setting date scope for exporting and importing CSV

It is pissible to set scope from which date to export and import data?
For example after exporting from Tanita I have all records for all years. And during first sync it is okey to import all of them. Lets's say first sync was done Jan 1, 2026. And all data from the previous years from Tanita was exported to CSV file and then imported to Garmin. Then I have the history of weighing to the Feb 1, 2026. How can I export and import only Jan 2, 2026 - Feb 1, 2026 data to Garmin?

1. Duplicates is always checked during import, so there's no problem importing everything.

Do you have an example? I only want to sync data from this year, but I don't get it to work.
