Auto Sub ReTimer v3.5.2

After nearly a year of discontinuous development, the project jumps directly from v1.8 to v3.5.2.
This release brings a codebase restructuring, improved stability, and various timing management enhancements. Since the full changelog would be endless, the main updates boiled down to a faster and more reliable program.
