USB-A not working on M2 minis and studios

Filing an issue so I can reference it externally. As already discussed on Matrix in the FAR dev channel, USB-A stopped working in u-boot and grub on M2 Mac Minis, pointing to some bug in the downstream patchset that enables it.

We got a report that indicates this also affects M2 Studios. Changing the title accordingly.
