Context:

• Audience: Level upskilling participants who need a quick, guided introduction to AgentOps.
• Format: short instructor-led session with copy/paste commands, a focused demo, and a small hands-on exercise.
• Outcome: participants understand the AgentOps value proposition, can run a basic evaluation, and can interpret results/report artifacts.

Definition of done:

• Include agenda, prerequisites, setup commands, facilitator notes, and learner exercises.
• Focus on a short path from setup to running an evaluation and reading results.
• Include expected outputs and troubleshooting notes.
