Issue: Azure Static Web Apps upload/deployment timing out

• Error: "We are currently experiencing problems communicating with our content server"
• Repositories affected:
  • bayer-int/gbpl-hub (run 29851299027)
  • bayer-int/gbpl-dashboards (run 29849536277)
• Commits tried: both current and previous working commits fail
• Timeline: started ~17:00 UTC on 2026-07-21
• Build succeeds, upload phase fails

Runs affected: at least 3 separate deploy runs across 2 different commits (cbf442c, 16ba030), all today
Build succeeds, upload phase fails — same pattern as reported above
Checked Azure Service Health on our subscription: no active incidents shown, so this isn't visible from our side as a known outage
Adding this as another data point since it's clearly not isolated to the two repos already listed.
