This is a publicly visible proprietary repository. It is not an open-source project and does not accept unsolicited code, documentation, design, data, or other material for incorporation.
Do not open a pull request containing a contribution unless the Repository Owner has requested it and both parties have first executed a separate written intellectual-property assignment agreement.
That agreement must:
- state the contributor's and Repository Owner's full legal names and identify the contribution;
- be signed using a legally effective signature process;
- assign all assignable rights needed for the Repository Owner to own, modify, license, commercialise, and enforce the contribution, including present and future copyright to the extent permitted by law;
- include any moral-rights consent or waiver permitted by applicable law;
- confirm that the contributor has authority to make the assignment;
- disclose every third-party component and its licence; and
- disclose any material generated or suggested by an artificial-intelligence system, including the provider and account or plan under which it was made.
A pull request, issue, commit, Developer Certificate of Origin statement,
checkbox, or reference to the repository LICENSE does not by
itself transfer ownership. Do not rely on a public GitHub interaction as a
substitute for a signed assignment naming the correct legal parties.
The Repository Owner should retain the executed agreement and supporting provenance records outside the public repository. Contributions must not be merged until that record is complete.
If the Repository Owner invites a contribution, the contributor must be able to confirm that:
- the contribution is original to the contributor except for disclosed Third-Party Material;
- no employer, client, university, co-author, or other person owns or controls an undisclosed right in it;
- it does not contain confidential information, credentials, patient data, or personal information that the contributor is not authorised to disclose;
- its submission and intended use do not breach another agreement or duty; and
- all third-party notices, source obligations, attribution, and licence terms have been disclosed and supplied.
The Repository Owner may reject or remove any submission and is not required to use material merely because it was submitted.
Do not put proprietary ideas, confidential information, personal information, credentials, patient information, or security-sensitive details in a public issue. Public issue discussion is not confidential and does not create an adviser, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
Report suspected vulnerabilities through the private process in
SECURITY.md, not through a public issue.
