Maintaining pixel calibration in CellPose

I strongly assume that the output images of Cellpose do not have voxel size metadata.

1. Is that true?
2. How do you deal with this?

Hi Tischi,
I believe so.
In many cases, we don't directly need the voxel size embedded in the images. so, we just fetch it from the raw image in the upstream. In nextflow, could be an extra module. Not elegant, but should work.
