Subfolder image/ stores all PNG files for imaging volumes from the BTCV dataset in file format img00XX-sliceYYY.png generated by the med2image package with rotation.
Subfolder label/ stores all PNG files for the ground-truth annotations from the BTCV dataset in file format image00XX-sliceYYY-gt.png generated by the med2image package with rotation.
Subfolder prompt/ stores the bounding box prompts for each input image in the YOLO format. Due to the data research use agreement, only this is provided in our repository.
