add exceptions in select

We could have a way of excluding specific tags when using select.

For instance:
plumber.select("Temp|Luxmeter/sensor2")

Here, it includes tags as "Temp" or "Luxmeter", withoug "sensor2".

We would get:

Sensor1__°C__Temp
Sensor1__Lux__Luxmeter

but no : Sensor2__°C__Temp
