harvester: error log without raising to sentry

The errors (Skipping entry) are not handled correctly - it should show as an error in the logs of the harvester but not be reported in sentry (since it will have a lot of exceptions potentially) - at least, if reporting to sentry is unavoidable, we should raise it in a way that sentry groups them by default
