Hi,
when building ipfixcol2 with cmake-4, it fails as cmake now requires a specific minimum feature base to be specified. This is safe to bump and doesn't change anything when building built with any cmake 3.x version which is no older than 3.5 (released in 2016).
I've opened a pull request for this (#135).
