Move Leader panel functionality onto the Map screen

Description

Leaders may need to look at the map and see manage players at the same time, but that's difficult to do if they need to have multiple tabs open. The current functionality of each leader:

AntiPac Leader

Two options on how to handle this

1. Give them a player list they can search through and click on a player.
2. allow them to just input the ID onto their phone and submit.

Flag Leader

• Move the "Flag Found" button here.

Generic Leaders

• Don't need to manage any game state, so they don't need anything.

Tasks

• Implement these features onto the Map screen and the Leader websocket connection.
  • The map page should probably have a generic websocket that receives information of the player's role being changed and update the UI accordingly (sort of implemented).
• Remove the leader page.
