Questions about file structures #3

Hi,

I would like to ask if you could provide example file structures for the following inputs:

  1. --genelist: This should be the corresponding gene list for the weights files. It should contain four columns: left, right, chr, and gene.

What values should I include for the left and right columns?

  1. --locus_id: The locus ID for the locus of interest.

How can I determine the correct order or format for locus_id?

What should I do if I am interested in multiple loci?

  1. --sumstat: Summary statistics (must be processed using munge.R; same as Input 1 described above).

Can I simply provide a data file that matches the format you described in Input 1?

  1. --loci: The directory containing the LDetect data, which can be downloaded from this link.

Do I need to use individual files for each chromosome (ex. fourier_ls-chr1.bed ... ourier_ls-chr22.bed), or can I use the file that contains all 22 chromosomes (i.e., fourier_ls-all.bed)?

Thank you very much for your help!

Best regards,
Zhenyao
