Website Vulnerability Scanner

Description

This is a Python-based script that scans websites for common vulnerabilities such as SQL injection, Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), and outdated software. The tool utilizes web scraping libraries like requests and BeautifulSoup to identify potential security issues and help developers improve the security of their websites.

Requirements

  • Python 3.x

Installation

To install the required libraries, run:

pip install -r requirements.txt

Where requirements.txt contains: requests beautifulsoup4

Usage Clone this repository: git clone https://github.com/Officialsamzy/Website-Vulnerability-Scanner.git

Navigate to the project folder:

cd Website-Vulnerability-Scanner

Run the script: python vulnerability_scanner.py Enter the URL of the website you want to scan when prompted.
