Dear Collins Lab team,
I am a Master's student at Durham University (UK) working on
a spatial transcriptomics analysis of pancreatic β-cell
reprogramming in type 2 diabetes. My project deadline is
approaching and I urgently need your help.
I have successfully downloaded the h5 expression matrices
from GSE264331, but I am unable to access the spatial
coordinate files (tissue_positions.csv,
scalefactors_json.json) as they are stored in dbGaP
(phs001188.v3.p1) which requires institutional access
approval that takes several weeks.
Could you please share the spatial coordinate files directly?
I need them to run CellChat V2 spatial cell communication
analysis, which is the core method of my thesis.
My research is purely academic and non-commercial. I would
be happy to acknowledge your dataset and paper in my thesis
and any resulting publications.
Thank you very much for your time and support.
Best regards,
Ji Zhang
