What the documentation currently says
The documentation basically only has instructions on how to shade the CommandAPI properly into a plugin.
Since Paper 1.20.5+, the server is now mojang mapped and issues on GitHub and in the Discord have been brought up because of that, most recently in CommandAPI/CommandAPI#603
Proposed fix
The documentation should include a small section outlining different mapping configurations and should also link to the Paper docs regarding the required entry in the MANIFEST.MF when using the mojang mapped version with a plugin.yml.
