Bug when i am trying to create a plan #670

Description

@nurhakim27

Summary

This is my first time using cmdc (i am using deepseek v4 flash btw), the case is, when using cmdc with DeepSeek V4 Flash in Plan Mode, submitting follow-up feedback to refine a generated plan causes the system to immediately prompt for final execution with only "APPROVE" and "CANCEL" options. Instead of revising the plan based on user feedback, the interface skips the planning/discussion phase entirely.

Expected Behavior

The AI should process the feedback, update or refine the plan accordingly, and allow for further discussion/iterations within Plan Mode before presenting a final approval step.

Actual Behavior

Upon submitting feedback, the AI does not refine the plan. Instead, the UI immediately presents the final plan approval prompt with only two options: APPROVE and CANCEL, bypassing the iterative feedback loop.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Open cmdc using the DeepSeek V4 Flash model.
  2. Enter Plan Mode and submit an initial prompt (e.g., asking to analyze shortcomings and propose a redesign for a website).
  3. Wait for the AI to complete its response and generate the initial plan.
  4. While remaining in Plan Mode, submit follow-up feedback/modifications to tailor the plan to your needs.
  5. Observe the resulting UI response.

I guess this is how to reproduce the issue, it happened to me 2 times
