[Feedback]: Improve Performance

What problem are you trying to solve?

I just download DMG version, when i run the app, it feels laggy, slowly. The terminal also open in delay.
Also i notice when typing, select model, and select mode is feels delay.

A big performance pass shipped in 0.1.11, especially around transcript storage, app-state writes and streaming. Could you give it another heavy session and tell me what still feels slow, typing, model picker, terminal or streaming? I want to keep pushing whatever remains.
