Create a dedicated privacy settings screen where users can control:
- Who can see their profile picture (everyone, contacts, nobody)
- Who can see their last seen / online status
- Read receipts on/off
- Who can add them to groups
- Blocked users list (with ability to unblock)
Backend must enforce these settings. Changes should be immediate and reflected in API responses.
