You were right — #505 (merged 2026-01-04) added CherryStudioConfigurator.cs without its .meta. It was added about eight hours after this post in 6bbf137 (".Meta file for CherryStudio"), and current main has MCPForUnity/Editor/Clients/Configurators/CherryStudioConfigurator.cs.meta.

If you still see the warning, update the package to any version after that commit (or re-resolve the Git URL in Package Manager) and it should go away.
