Deleted Living UI tabs do not disappear from tabs bar

Description

After deleting a Living UI project under Settings/Living UI/Projects, the project will disappear from the settings menu but is not removed from the top navbar. After a page refresh, the Living UI tab will disappear.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the app
2. Download a Living UI project (for this issue I used Marketplace Living UIs)
3. Navigate to Settings --> Living UI --> Scroll down to Projects
4. Delete project and wait for removal

Expected Behavior

The navbar should remove the deleted project from the available tabs.

Actual Behavior

The tab remains, is still accessible, but doesn't work and isn't removed from the navbar.
