PR Quality Gate v1.0.0 is now available — a GitHub Action that automatically checks PR quality on every pull request.

What it does

• ✅ Checks PR description length (configurable minimum)
• ✅ Optionally requires labels and linked issues

• ✅ Can fail CI or just warn (configurable)
• 🔗 Every comment links to the PR Quality Analyzer web tool for detailed A-F scoring
