Feature Request: Sakura Pink and Lavender Themes for 1-Zone Keyboards

Title: Add Sakura-themed colors and custom RGB support for 1-Zone keyboards

Hi,

First of all, thank you again for adding support for Device ID 0x157. The latest version works perfectly on my Hasee Z7D6 / CV15S laptop.

I tested all available themes:

Working:

• breathe
• freshbreathe
• blink
• heartbeat
• colourtransform

Not working:

• colourshift
• all inbuilt modes (which is expected since this is a 1-zone keyboard)

The support is working correctly and I really appreciate your help.

I would like to request a few additional features specifically for 1-zone RGB keyboards.

The main goal is not more flashy effects, but softer and more aesthetic color themes.

1. Custom RGB Color Mode

The most important feature would be the ability to set any RGB color manually.

Example:

CLEVO_KeyboardColour.exe color 255 183 197

This would allow users to match their keyboard color with wallpapers, desktop themes, and other RGB devices.

2. Static Sakura Pink Mode

A static soft pink color without animation.

Suggested color:
RGB(255,183,197)

This is a soft cherry blossom pink rather than a bright RGB pink.

3. Pink Breathe

A breathing effect that uses only a single soft pink color.

Unlike the current breathe mode, this would not cycle through multiple colors.

Suggested color:
RGB(255,183,197)

4. Sakura Lavender Theme

A very slow and smooth transition between:

Sakura Pink:
RGB(255,183,197)

Soft Lavender:
RGB(220,190,255)

The animation should slowly move between these colors without introducing green, yellow, cyan, or bright blue.

The goal is a calm and relaxing effect rather than a rainbow effect.

5. Sakura Transform Theme

A smooth loop using only these colors:

• Sakura Pink (255,183,197)
• Rose Pink (255,160,190)
• Soft Lavender (220,190,255)

This would be similar to colourtransform, but restricted to a soft pink/purple palette.

Notes

I understand that effects such as wave, waterfall, rain, or falling petals are probably not possible on a 1-zone keyboard due to hardware limitations.

The most important feature for me is custom RGB color support.

Thanks for creating this feature request.

Could you please split this into 2 separate feature request issues. It would be easier for me to keep track of the conversations of both of these features in separate issues.

This one can stay as just the Sakura Themes and then you can create another issue separately for Custom RGB support for 1-Zone keyboards (as I'm probably going to need to add support for 3-Zone keyboards as well)

• How long should the transition last for (by default)? (in seconds)

(We now have a speed modifier command-line argument in the latest version of this program, so this can be changed afterwards if needs be)

Thank you for the follow-up.

I would prefer the colours to remain visible longer than the transitions.

For the Sakura-themed animations, I imagine something calm and relaxing rather than a typical gaming RGB effect.

Pink Breathe:

• Colour duration: 4 seconds
• Transition duration: 2 seconds

Sakura Lavender:

• Sakura Pink duration: 4 seconds
• Transition duration: 2 seconds
• Lavender duration: 4 seconds
• Transition duration: 2 seconds

Sakura Transform:

• Colour duration: 3 seconds per colour
• Transition duration: 2 seconds

I currently use a keyboard animation that resembles falling cherry blossom petals moving from top to bottom. I understand that a true falling-petal effect is probably not possible on a 1-zone keyboard, but I would like the colours to feel soft, gentle, and relaxing, inspired by a cherry blossom atmosphere rather than a rainbow or gaming-style RGB effect.

The keyboard should spend most of the time displaying the actual colours, with smooth transitions between them.

Just to confirm, are you positively sure that you want the following colours?

• Sakura Pink (255,183,197)
• Rose Pink (255,160,190)
• Soft Lavender (220,190,255)

The colour values look very similar, so the transition may not be as vast as you think. Have you tested these colours on your system using the CLEVO Control Centre and confirmed this is exactly what you want?

I'm happy to implement this, it's just a minor discovery I wanted to bring to your attention.

P.S - Please bare in mind that the colours you see on screen from a Colour Picker, may not be representative of the actual colours your keyboard may produce.
