教师端-添加新作业会重复操作

Describe the bug

    教师端添加新作业时，连续点击保存按钮，点击几下就会创建几个相同的作业。

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

    1. 登陆教师端。
    2. 点击作业管理。
    3. 点击添加新作业。
    4. 连续点击保存。

Expected behavior

    连续点击保存也只生成一个作业。
