I tried to follow the instructions to rename the PC applications from being .zip to being .exe files and while I was able to push pas the security in Windows 11, it complained that it the .exe file was a version that wouldn't run on my laptop, which is a 2023 Asus Zephyrus M16 running Windows 11 Home Edition.
