How long will organising files to into chunks take?

I am using Drop on my home server with 6500T and 16gb ddr3l ram and it seem stuck on organising files into chunks. Should i leave it for night? also i use ghcr.io/drop-oss/drop:nightly image

edit: i added RAYON_NUM_THREADS: "4" and UV_THREADPOOL_SIZE: "4" as enviroment variable to my docker compose and i rised maximum cpu usage to all cores and maximum ram to 8gb

What file system is it running on?

I am running ext4 with 4tb drive which is 1/4 full

Is it over the network or something? I believe organising into chunks has to scan all the files and that might take a while over the network.
