Pdf: Odd header and page breaks with merged cells

Two issues with PDF Export of the entire workbook:

1. The Header "Fiction Inc" should appear on page 7 due to page break between columns A and B. instead it appears on page 1 and not with the correct font (Britannic Bold).

2. Headers are only shown on odd pages except for page 1 (so 3, 5, 7, etc). Exported from Excel header/footer appears on every cell.
