[Bug] random despawns

Describe the bug

on multiple occasions, an animal i obtained despawned in a situation they shouls not have.

1. in a boat with a cow. i was boating along the coast of southern africa with a cow in the boat, and both the boat and cow suddenly despawned. they had not lagged back to any previous location i had boated (i checked).

2. skeleton horse with a saddle. i had found a skeleton horse in the wild and saddled and roda him back to my town. when i got back to my town, i went into a building and came back out, and he had despawned with the saddle.

3. afk on horseback. i was afk for a couple hours on my horse and at some point the horse despawned. i came back to my player standing on the ground, and no horse within the entire city. the saddle also despawned with it.

To Reproduce

i presume one could afk on horseback in a claim for a couple hours. or boat around with a cow for a while.

Expected behavior

1. i expected the cow and boat to survive the trip back to my town.

2. i expected the skeleton horse to be prevented from despawning while wearing a saddle.

3. i expected to come back and still be on my horse, or at least the horse be nearby.
