Cleaning up old runs in a product, does it remove old review statuses?

Hello, in one product I have thousands of runs since 2020.
I want to delete a lot of old runs, mainly to speed up the database.
Will review statuses persist, even if they do not exist in the remaining runs?
Is there other information I should be wary of losing?
