Separate sponsor and speaker cards and socials queue from the website

Sponsor and speaker cards are creating quite bit of clutter both in deployments and in the repository.

I feel like it's best to focus directly on the website and not side services we have in this repo.

Might make more sense to create a separate repo like the programapi that deploys to the static server.

That is true, it is where it is because lack of CDN for images, and social media automation needs resources with public url.
We are thinking about CDN but not happens as part of EP2026
