External/Secondary Display detection for android version.

Hello!
I wonder if is possible to have support for external screens on the android version for those device that has DP Video Out in the USB-C.
I own an android handheld (ayn odin2 portal) and at times i "dock" it so i can play on my TV or my XR Glasses and a feature that detects that there is a secondary screen connected when a cloud game is launched and urns off the device screen (or just doesn't mirror the screen or maybe shows useful stats/Features) on the handheld screen would be awesome. For Comparison, that feature is present on the Asobi app (allows streaming of PS Plus games on android devices).
