feat(deps): bump eyrie to fa60fa6 (async batch wait/reconcile); pointer parity (#243)

Bumps the eyrie submodule and module pseudo-version together so the
release-parity check passes (gitlink == resolved module commit), picking
up eyrie#111: BatchClient.WaitUntilDone (terminal-state polling with
exponential backoff + jitter + Retry-After honoring), RequestResults
(JSONL parse, byte-exact rows), PollRequestResult (per-custom_id
reconcile tolerating eventual consistency, ErrResultNotVisible after
bounded extra attempts).
