refactor(cli)!: remove undocumented niche commands

Remove four commands with no documentation or CI usage:
- replay / tape (fxtape terminal-capture tooling)
- schema (settings JSON-schema dump)
- swift-report (private diagnostic report) and its internal/swift package

Regenerate the golden root help. Command grouping drops the removed names.
