feat: add Docker container mode (herm-style hermetic execution)
- --container flag runs all Bash commands inside Docker (no permission prompts) - ContainerExecutor interface for routing BashTool through containers - DevEnvTool for agent to dynamically read/write/build Dockerfiles - ContainerSandbox satisfies ContainerExecutor (Start, Exec, Stop, HotSwap) - Agent can self-extend its environment by modifying the Dockerfile
