chore(ecosystem): record radius, trace and trail in the canonical inventory

ecosystem.yaml is the canonical repository inventory that tooling is meant to
consume instead of carrying its own repo-name list, but it listed only six of
the nine directories in the graycode-eco workspace.

radius is a pnpm workspace (typescript). trace and trail are Go modules; the
manifest validator checks these against each repo's go.mod, so trace is
recorded as github.com/GrayCodeAI/trace rather than a bare `trace`.

ecosystem-manifest.sh validate now reports 9 repositories, and
check-ecosystem-boundaries.sh passes.
