Align images in this repository to their original source

The images in this repository are from the Beetles as Sentinel Taxa: Predicting drought conditions from NEON specimen imagery dataset, but it is not clear which images were used or how they could be mapped back. Please add this information to the data directory, specifically, this should entail a CSV and instructions in the data directory README.

This is part of a larger workflow with the NEON Biorepository images from this summer (Sentinel Beetles), so we will wait for the full image dataset (which will include the tray images) to be released (in its own HF repo, in preparation) before finalizing the linkage of the individual beetle images to their original tray images.
However, the images used from the Sentinel Beetles need to be noted as having been drawn from there, and those drawn from SST need to be cited with the proper dataset citation and, if some labels indeed came from SST, the citation of SST. The arXiv paper should also be updated with citations requested in the dataset card for the Sentinel Beetles (once a DOI has been generated, expected by April 3).
