The dependencies for this project must be provided through a requirements.txt or environment.yml file.

Rayeed and I developed the pipeline on two separate environments (one for detection and one for segmentation), and I'll talk to Rayeed and check if we can combine them together.

Alternatively, you can create a requirements-detection.txt and requirements-segmentation.txt or equivalently for the environment.yaml. This should just be documented in the README to make it easier for any potential user.
