Bump-phase golden: tests/test_orbit_hist.sh expects FRAME_EQ/STATE_EQ `true`, the values tests/orbit_hist_dump.eigs prints on v0.45.0 (they are comparisons): FRAME_EQ true STATE_EQ true CI runCmd (8 scripts, set -e) on the signed v0.45.0 asset under xvfb: rc=0.
