finvasia terminal requires scipy pip

1. Add scipy in finvasia requirements.txt ..

2. update the reame.md with command pip install -r requirements.txt

Another good to have instruction in readme.md would be

python -m venv  .venv
 .venv\Scripts\Activate
pip install -r requirements.txt

in Start.bat

call .venv\Scripts\Activate
