What happened?
Hi InstaZDLL , i put her 2 issues as i think they conect to eachder.. first folder scan is slow compar to others music players , and the "Automatic analysis scan" is a major issue as my laptop freeze and crash ..
1- first music folder scan is slow comper to other music folders , i notist this in v1.4.0 and now with v1.5.0 i make a timeing test , her the resolt ...
(all tests same laptop , 4002 traks , all songs MP3)
WaveFlow = 3 mints and 25 seconds
Other 1 = 19.3 seconds
other 2 = 21.5 seconds
Other 3 = 42.3 seconds
as you can see is it a big defrents ... i hope you can improve on first scen .. as i think of others users with big collactions .... will tack them very long time for full scan.... (by the way no crash on first scan)
( my folder shortcut are : main folder -- artist folder -- album folder -- songs .mp3 )
2- "Automatic analysis scan" first this is the first time i make this scan ..
so i start the scan from the welcom wizerd (image 1) then after like 1,500 tracks scan (about 15 mints) ,i notest the laptop fans tern on , and everting seams to be freez noting work ... then it seams the pc crash ..so i restart it and then i see thet some tracks did scan and add to db (see image 2 ) ..
i check the log file in side have some errors and this line : " 2026-06-20T10:10:44.781759Z INFO symphonia_bundle_mp3::demuxer: using xing header for duration" repete so many tims ... i will add the full log file maybe it will help you ...
