Peripherals cannot be added to Turtles/Pockets if they have custom_name

Describe

While trying to add the Geo Scanner I looted from a village to my Pocket with the crafting grid, it did not show the result in the recipe.

JEI does not show the recipe from the custom named Geo Scanner.

Getting a new Geo Scanner and using that instead works correctly.

Steps to reproduce

1. Get the Geo Scanner/Any other peripheral from the world.
2. Use it in a crafting grid with the pocket/turtle.
