[BUG] TIME property rendered as control

• not posible to change value :
  eg. when is rendered 01:00. and you will try to change 03:00. it will not change the value .

• days are forbidden. You cannot use day in time format - 2.5:6:7 - 2 days 5 hours 6 minutes 7 seconds
• when you copy one time and paste it in another it must work correctly

Input interpretation rules:
1 segment -> seconds
2 segments -> mm:ss
3 segments -> hh:mm:ss

• last segment can contain .fraction

: = unit separator
. = fraction separator

Questions:
Use disaply time format 5:6:0 or 5:06:07?
If we use this custom method for formating, we cant use format string that is in c#
