Blur causes flickering?

Soon as I apply the blur effect on the ModularClock it starts flickering. Is there any way to fix that issue, because I really liked the design of it.

I have the same thing. Before that everything worked fine, but I had to remove unnecessary programs for customization, and check Windows for integrity of files, after that I reinstalled the Uxpatcher for Windows themes and everything started to flicker. I reinstalled Rainmere and Magicstick, and still with the blur option all windows and widgets are minimized and maximized endlessly.
