Allow for users to check and uncheck notes

Create commands and flags that will allow for users to choose if notes are completed or not

create a flag for the note add <message> command
If users just write note add <message>, the note will default to unchecked
To have a checked note, note add <message> -c is required

Create a command called checker that will toggle the -c flag
note checker
Use an npm dependancy that will allow for users to scroll through the message and select the messages they want to check
If the note is already completed, the note will be marked uncompleted, and vice versa
