Add QualCoder Taguette Import information

Add procedures for export/import from Taguette to QualCoder for additional functionality and REFI-QDA project compatibility. QualCoder 3.8 added support for importing SQLITE projects exported from Taguette, meaning Taguette projects can now be ported completely to QualCoder and via REFI-QDA to other software.

This also would make it possible to have a full-day qualitative workshop using the same data and moving from one tool to the other (but that should be raised in a different issue).

Taguette import is mentioned in callout added in commit e79f077 but should still be added to main body of lesson.
