When selecting "control points", there is no visibility of other points beyond one session (too few points visible). Often, the selected point is in a less distinctive location and isn't always clearly visible during a single CP selection session. If it were possible to see other points from other sessions when selecting a CP to complement the overall view and selection, it would be much easier and faster.
