Feature Request: Keyboard shortcut command to initiate the switching of Magic Trackpad

I have two Macs, with a built-in monitor KVM. The keyboard already switches between the Macs, but the bluetooth Magic Trackpad does not. I'd really like to see a keyboard shortcut keypress that would move the Magic Trackpad to the Mac where the keyboard shortcut was activated.

I think this sounds reasonable, but I'm not sure the except mechanism I would be happy with (which handles individual peripherals and also "all the peripherals shared" cases). let me think about it.
