Where can I get source code for gmcl_luasocket_win64.dll / gmcl_luasocket_win32.dll ?
I want to build it for a different OS

It more than likely originated from gbins but you're better off just building gmod_luasocket as its compatible and easier to work with for 64 bit builds.
